1st Event:

Natiya Mushaira & Mehfil e Naat on 17.01.09 in Leeds UK

Saturday 17th January 2009 was the very first time in Leeds UK’s history that Samia Naz Iqbal organized and presented a Natiya Mushaira & Mehfil e Naat for women only. Samia Naz Iqbal a former presenter of Radio Asian Fever Leeds is one of the UK’s leading Naat go shaira, Naat khawan, host. Women shairaat & naat khawan were invited from all over the UK to the event. They have all performed very well. This event was very exclusive & special to all. It was a very successful event.

The leading speech was presented by Samia naz Iqbal. She talked about the works of Naat Rang which have been published so far and the purpose of Naat Research Centre to be in place in Karachi Pakistan.
She also introduced the Leeds Naat Research Centre UK, Naat Rang work & projects. All Naat Rang books were on display to read and to look at.

A live call was arranged from Pakistan with the one & only co-ordinator of Naat Rang, the Founder of Naat Research Centre Karachi Pakistan, a famous Naat go shaair & Naat khawan Syed Sabeeh Rehmani. He shared his views and ideas about Naat Rang & Naat Research Centre with the audience. He appreciated the work done so far and congratulated all the contributors & participants at the event for having a branch of Naat Research Centre in Leeds UK.

Noor TV’s Team covered the whole event and showed which was aired 12th Rabi ul Awal. An article about the event was also published in the Urdu Times.

2nd Event

Naat Rang Ehl e Ilm ki nazar main

This event had two parts which were organized and hosted by the co-ordinator of NRC UK Samia Naz Iqbal . It was an exhibition of the newly published books from the Naat Research Centre Karachi Pakistan.

All Naat Rang books and related books were displayed for the people to read and to look at. The newly published books are:
1. Naat Rang Ehl e ilm ki nazar main
2. Naat aur Tanqeed e naat
3. Ashariya e Naat Rang
4. Ghalib aur sanaiy Khawaja
5. Shehpar e Tofeeq
6. Naat main kaisey kahun
7. Reverence unto His (sallallaho alaiyhey wasallam)’s Feet

Special guest of Natiya Mushaira was Sadaf Mirza from Denmark. The leading speech was given by Samia Naz Iqbal, she talked about Naat Rang and various other books and the benefit of working towards the light of naat. Girls naat khawan recited their naats, Urdu speaker was Mrs Dilshad Qadri , Tasneem Sahiba from Bradford read her natiya poetry to the audience, Sadaf Mirza read her poetry to the audience including hamd o naat, she also recited a naat as well in her beautiful voice. At the end Mrs Esmail prayed dua for all.

Special guest of Mehfil e Naat was one of beautiful voice, a world wide famous naat khawan Shahbaz Qamar Faridi from Pakistan. Shahbaz Qamar Faridi read naats beautifully, he also read Samia Naz Iqbal’s written naats from her naatiya poetry book (Khazina e Noor) in a Mehfil e Naat. Every one enjoyed Shahbaz Qamar’s melodius voice and style. Sahibzada Muhammed Naeem Ahmed Malik (Pakistan) Parvez Iqbal, Muhammed Yasin, Muhammed Yousaf Dean, Muhammed Umer, Haji Naqash Iqbal, Nashat Iqbal, Muhammed Naeem, Muhammed Fahim attended this event. All the ladies from natiya mushaira were present as well.

This event was very exclusive & special to all. It was a very successful event.

Jazak'allah khair Zarnigar sahiba aap ko yeh report achi lagi yeh aap ki zarra nawazi hai...Naat Research centre UK ki karkardagi kay barey main her koi jananey ka haq rakhta hai aur masha'Allah Nabi kareem sallallaho alaiyhey wasallam kay sadqey main yeh kaam ho raha hai tou jitna bhi openly kiya jaiy aur open ho ga issi qader muhabbat e Nabi kareem (sallallaho alaiyhey wasallam) bhi aam ho gi insha'Allah ulaziz!
