KARACHI: Deputy Convener MQM Rabita Committee Sheikh Liaquat Hussain died after a protracted illness on Wednesday. Sheikh Liaquat Hussain was the father of renowned anchorperson of Geo TV’s popular show Aalim Online, Aamir Liaquat Hussain. Sheikh Liaquat Hussain had worked as the president of MQM’s welfare organisation Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation for several years.

Its very sad to know about the death of such a personality that has given a significant time of his life in Khidmat-e-khalq. Hereby i appeal the nation and the respected members of this site in particular to remember Sheikh Liaqat Hussain in their prayers.

Allah Kareem Shaikh sahib marhoom ko apni jawaar e rehmat main jagah aata farma kar buland sey buland tareen darjaat aata karay aur Dr Aamir Liyaqat sahib aur unki tamam family ko sabr e jameel sey nawazey Ameen!

Shaikh sahib marhoom ka sun kar bohat afsos huwa Allah ta'ala unki maghferat farmaaiy aur unko janatul firdos main jagah aata farmaaiy Ameen. Dr Aamar Liaqat sahib aur unkey sab ghar waloun ko sabr karney ki tofeeq aata farmaaiy...Ameen!
